We are pleased to provide the 2010 Aviva Investors Taxation Statement Guide. This guide explains each section of your Annual Taxation Statement and key terms to assist you in preparing your 2010 income tax return. This guide should be read in conjunction with your Annual Taxation Statement, which will be available in mid July. Your Annual Taxation Statement will detail the income distributed to you and associated tax information for your investments in the Aviva Investors funds.

This guide has been prepared assuming you are an individual Australian resident taxpayer and does not attempt to cover all the information you may require to complete your tax return. We recommend that individual taxpayers obtain a copy of the TaxPack 2010 and TaxPack 2010 Supplement available from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
